Supplii Customer Service

Supplii™ LLC (“SUPPLII”) takes customer service and our relationship with you (the “Customer”) very seriously. It’s our goal to ensure that you have a favorable experience with us, so we work hard to serve you well.  Below you will find our Customer Service policies – please read them carefully as they define the terms by which SUPPLII operates with Customers.  For any specific questions, please Contact SUPPLII.

Ship Date

Unless otherwise noted, SUPPLII will ship your order within 5 business days of your transaction (the “Ship Date”).  We typically ship within a day or two of your completed transaction, but need the 5 business day window during busy times as each wood purse is handmade.  We will email you the shipping confirmation and tracking number with the item ships.

Types of Shipping

SUPPLII ships domestically to the United States for $15 USD per item using UPS Ground, which arrives in 1 to 5 business days after the Ship Date.

SUPPLII ships internationally for $40 USD (Canada is $25 USD) using USPS First Class Registered Mail with Signature Confirmation, which takes 5 to 10 business after the Ship Date.

SUPPLII uses this shipping process with Tracking and Signature Confirmation to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud and theft.  SUPPLII will not ship any items using cheaper delivery methods, as those methods cost more in the long-run due to customer headaches, fraud, and theft.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.  Please read about Returns for more information on the process of returning an item.

Returning an Item

SUPPLII offers refunds on the cost of an item and its related taxes, but not shipping.

You can return an item if you contact SUPPLII within 14 days after receiving your item, such date of receipt being the day the carrier says it delivered the item to the delivery address you provided during the transaction.  You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item for the return to be valid.  After you notify us, SUPPLII will provide you with return instructions on shipping back the item and how to receive a refund for the amount of the item and any taxes paid.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item in its original condition to the address given to you by SUPPLII.

Upon receipt of the item in its original condition, SUPPLII will refund to your credit card the cost of the item plus taxes if applicable.  SUPPLII will not refund the cost of shipping the product.
